September NWAF! Conference Announcement

ROUND 1:  RALLYING THE TROOPS AND PASSING OUT THE AMMO*

Please join us in September!

The goal of the NWAF! Coalition’s September, 2014 conference is to bring the voices of counties with national forests forcefully into the current national policy debate surrounding both the renewal of SRS and the forging of a new and lasting compact between forested counties and the federal government.  This one-day event will take place at the Wallace Inn, Wallace, Idaho on September 24, 2014.  The Coalition’s new 30-minute educational video, “Counties in Crisis,” will be screened and talks will be offered by a number of distinguished presenters.  Time will be set aside after each presentation for discussion and questions from the floor.

* Conference title derives from and is an extension of the “Now Without a Fight!” theme that names both our coalition and this blog.
